General Technical Meeting (GTM) will be held at Meeting room at UCG Sports Hall 08.07.2023 at 18:00h – Head of delegation of each team must be present! Please be prepared for GTM and bring equipment for inspection as well as passports and accreditations. All teams must provide contact number.
Opening Ceremony (OC) will be held at UCG Sports Hall 08.07.2023 at 20:00. All teams must be present at OC. Meeting point for Opening OC will be entrance of Students dormitory at 19:40. Just follow instructions of Volunteers.
Closing Ceremony as well as Medal Awarding Ceremonies will be held at UCG Sports Hall, after final matches at 21:00. All teams must be present.

At ground floor of Students Dormitory will be steeled INFO DESK.

You need to book training time one day in advance, before 18h for next day.

- To leave the jerseys to be washed
If you leave your equipment before 13h you will be able to pick up your equipment at 22h
If you leave your equipment before 22h you will be able to pick it up 13h next day.
The price for whole set (underwear, trainers, undershirts, socks) is 42 euros and need to be paid in cash to Laundry company.
- To order Lunch Boxes
If you want to order Lunch Boxes instead of meals, you need to fill out the Lunch Box form and leave it at the Info desk the day before by 6 pm. Lunch Boxes you will be able to pick up at Restaurant at preferred time.
